What is Candida?
Candida is a yeast that naturally occurs in the body. It helps in the digestive process and in the absorption of nutrients. However, if and when candida is overproduced in the body, it can have a negative impact. The main areas of the body affected by candida are the mouth, intestines, and vagina. If not addressed, candida can begin to wreak havoc on other areas of the body as well.
